Mr. Collymore joined GWP as an associate in 2013. He received his legal education at the University of The West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School.
During his legal studies, Khamaal represented both UWI's Law Faculty and the Norman Manley Law School internationally. In 2010, he was a member the Law Faculty's Negotiations Team which advanced to the final round of the University of Copenhagen's Negotiation Competition on Access to Medicine. In 2012/2013, he represented the Norman Manley Law School in the Price Media Law Moot which was staged by the University of Oxford.
Khamaal received several academic awards in recognition of his performance at law school, including the Grant, Stewart & Co. Prize for Best Performance in Civil Practice and Procedure I & II and the Hon. Miss Justice Madge Morgan Memorial Prize for Overall Preparation, Interest and Team Work in Trial Advocacy.
Khamaal has also had the distinctions of winning the 2011 George Walton Payne & Co. Scholarship, and the 2011 Norman Manley Law School First-Year Scholarship Examination.
Aside from law, Khamaal has tutored in piano and music theory at the ColeMusiq School in Jamaica and the Notes of Praise Music School in Barbados.
